Which participants remain in the dorms at UMBC?
2018, 2019, and 2020 players remain in the dorms and meals are provided. The 2021 and 2022 players remain with their parents or guardians and are responsible for their own meals.
What do I need to bring to camp?
You must bring all equipment, bedding, pillow, towels and enough clothing for five games. Bedding is available on site for a $15.00 for the two nights. Please let us know ahead of time and those will be delivered to your room and payment can be made to us directly at check-in.
Do I need to bring a fan, snacks, and drinks?
The rooms are air-conditioned and you may bring snacks and beverages into your room.
Where and when will check in take place for 2018’s, 2019’s, and 2020’s?
Check in will be between 1pm-3pm at the Chesapeake Dorm at UMBC, followed by a camp meeting, dinner and then the games begin at 6pm.
Where and when will check in take place for 2021’s and 2022’s?
Check in will be at the Stadium Field between 12pm-1pm, followed by a team meeting, practice, and then the games begin.
What if I will be arriving late and miss check-in?
You may go directly to the field and get your team’s schedule.
May I stay with my parents and I can I receive a discount?
Yes, you may remain with your parents but discounts will not be available. Please make sure that you inform Wendy Reed if you do not need a room assignment.
May I update my profile?
Which DI, II, and III coaches will be attending?
The IMLCA does not permit camps to speculate on which coaches will attend. It is perfectly acceptable for you to contact them and let them know that you will be attending.
I will be traveling by plane/train. How do I get to camp?
We suggest taking a taxi at curbside or UBER to camp. The address is UMBC at 1000 Hilltop Circle and follow the signs to camp check in.
Should I wear only Nike brand clothing?
Yes, only Nike brand emblem can be visible when you are on the field.
Will teams be listed on the website?
Teams will be announced at check in.
When is check-out?
Check out will be after your last game on the last day of camp.
Will gear be available for sale on site?

What is the refund policy?
The registration payment is 50% refundable only for injury with a physician's note for Fall before November 1 and for Summer before June 1.
